Amenities & Specification

Construction:

  • R.C.C. Framed structure of columns, beams and slabs. Internal partition walls will be 4.5” and the external walls will be 9” thick brick/laterite masonary.
  • Provision of grande entrance to the compound with decorative gates and decorative lights on the wall (on either sides of the gates).
  • Backup generator for lift and compound lights.
  • Compound space provided with chequered tiles.
  • Ample parking space in basement / open parking in the compound.
  • One lift of reputed make (Otis, Olympus, Schindler or similar) shall be provided per wing.Fire fighting system shall be installed.
  • Separate RCC overhead tanks for drinking water, bore well water and fire water.
